Today, let's appreciate our breath. It is the rhythm that never stops. Even while you sleep, your body is working for you, pulling in life and letting go of what you don't need. ๐ŸŒฟ

Think of how a deep breath can calm your heart when you are stressed, or how it carries your voice when you speak to someone you love. โค๏ธ It is the fuel for every thought and every movement.

Whether you are running a mile or resting in a chair, your breath is proof that you are here, that you matter, and that you have a purpose today. It is a gift that is given to us thousands of times a day, for free. ๐ŸŒŸ
