Episode 2

Day 2: The Heart – The Rhythm of Resilience ❤️

Yesterday, we breathed together. Today, I want us to listen to something deeper. Sometimes, I find myself frustrated with what my body can’t do right now. But then I remember there is a rhythm inside me that hasn’t stopped once since the day I was born. It’s a rhythm I didn’t have to ask for, and one I often forget to thank. 🙏

Think about your heart. It beats about 100,000 times every single day. Without you even asking, it is pumping life to your fingers, your toes, and your brain. It is the most dedicated worker you will ever know. 💓

Our heart is our internal compass. It speeds up when we see someone we love, and it slows down when we find peace. It carries the weight of our stress and the lightness of our joy. It is the bridge between our physical strength and our emotional soul. ✨

Whether your heart feels heavy today, or whether it feels “broken” or tired, it is still beating. That beat is a message: You are still here. You are still capable of love. You are still worthy of care. 💛
For those of us feeling limited physically, remember that your heart’s capacity to hold courage is limitless.

Today, put your hand over your chest for a moment. Feel that thumping. That is the sound of your resilience. I am grateful for my heart today, not just for keeping me alive, but for giving me the courage to keep going. I hope you feel that strength in you, too. 💪❤️
